CT Pool Building Process

Layout.

The pool shape and size is painted on your lawn. This is done before the dig is scheduled so we have your approval and all decisions are complete.

Excavation.

Our precise excavation specifications create a level pool making a safer, more enjoyable swimming pool.

Structure Assembly.

Using only PACIFIC GRAPHEX components that have been specifically engineered for Inground Pool construction, we assemble the walls, X- braces, and steps. A full perimeter concrete collar is poured when all dimensions, elevation, and level are verified by laser transit.

Plumbing.

Commercial pool quality plumbing components are used for optimal water flow, best circulation, and safety of swimmers. All vertical pipes are rigid, and all laterals are flexible and run through protective bracing.

Step 4

Pool Floor.

Permacrete Vermiculite pool floors are expertly trowelled. These floors are permanent, porous, and non abrasive to the liner.

Electrical.

All grounding, conduit piping, and power supply must be done by a licensed electrician. We work cooperatively with electricians that specialize in pool wiring.

Step 6

Back Fill.

Correct soils are placed around your completed pool structure, including hand- backfill of all piping and sensitive areas, and a matching grade is achieved in preparation for decking materials.

Liner.

A form fitting liner made specifically for your pool is installed and vacuum set.
